Please see below category descriptions to ensure you register for the correct one:

AusPATH Pre-Conference Workshop Day

The Pre-Conference Workshop Day will once again provide an opportunity for interactive discussions and practical tips to support participants engaging with trans, non-binary and gender diverse clients and patients. Participants will choose two main workshop sessions for the day, which will include a variety of speakers in each session. The Pre-Conference Workshop Day will focus on providing opportunities to connect with people from like-minded disciplines in order to foster on-going support and connection. 

Speech Pathologist

If you are a Speech Pathologist, and want to assist only the PM workshop, please contact the conference secretariat at conference@ashm.org.au. If you wish to attend both AM and PM workshops, you must register through the Workshop and Conference full day.

Students/Concession/Medical Intern Registration

The Student/Concession/Medical Intern Registration rate is intended for students and anyone with low or no income. A holder of a full time student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate. This may include some part-time workers, staff and volunteers of smaller community-led organisations, those with an Australian Low Income Health Care Card, and those currently without a wage. If you're not sure whether this applies to you, feel free to get in touch at conference@ashm.org.au. A holder of a full time student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate.

Community Members

We are committed to keeping the AusPATH Conference accessible and affordable, particularly for community members who may face financial barriers to attending. If you are a community member or part of a a community-led organisation and require support, please contact Ashleigh Lin at president@auspath.org.au to discuss available options. If you are in a position to support someone else to attend (e.g you are a high-income professional, we welcome your contribution. 

AusPATH Members

All Members of AusPATH. Your membership will need to current and paid. AusPATH offers three membership tiers; Full Membership, Full Membership for Trans Professionals (binary and non-binary, and Associate Membership. All member rates are cross checked and if you are not a current member, your registration will be changed to the non-member rate, and you will be charged the difference.
