Cancellation Policy
In the case of individual room cancellations made between 03/10/2023 and 17/10/2023, the following fee will apply:
– If the booking is for three (3) nights or less; one (1) night fee will be charged for each cancelled accommodation room.
or
– If the booking is for four (4) nights or more; two (2) nights fee will be charged for each cancelled accommodation room.
In the case of individual room cancellations made between 18/10/2023 and 01/11/2023, 100% of accommodation will be charged for each cancelled accommodation room.
No show guests are charged 100% cancellation fee for each no-show accommodation room.

Check in time is from 2pm
Check-out Policy
Check out time is 11am
Late check out is $30.00 per hour until 4pm and after 4pm a full contracted room rate will apply.
